Requirements
SaaS Implementations
Serves as a subject matter expert and leads the implementation and ongoing operation of the client’s data platform including all processes powered by it
Navigates complex and ambiguous environments with a solutions-oriented mindset
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, adept project management abilities, and maintains impeccable grammar and punctuation in all written correspondence
Maintains a willingness to travel on-site to clients’ offices or relevant industry events
Client Solutions
Facilitates seamless communication between the client's team and Amplify's internal resources, serving as a key liaison
Works through a consultative approach to educate the client on potential solutions based on the client’s requirements and business goals
Identifies areas for enhancement, proactively suggests solutions, and consistently advocates for best practices and improvements. Additionally, actively identifies opportunities for outsourcing business processes, expanding into new practice areas/SaaS platforms, and leveraging automation.
Operates autonomously and is strategic about including internal resources; effectively manages the client’s internal resources
Takes the lead on documenting the client’s existing operating model
Client Success
Serves as the ultimate escalation point in client relationships, demonstrating strong leadership in coordinating firm wide efforts to solve problems
Capable of managing and engaging leadership, as well as, coordinating and leading escalation calls and client solutions meetings
Recognizes that the foremost objective is client retention as measured by the client’s willingness to serve as a reference; generating new revenue through upsell opportunities is a secondary objective
Demonstrates strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Product and Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of Private Wealth, Asset Management, Alternative Investment industry; both from an investing and operations perspective
Comfortable with a diverse set of investment vehicles and products spanning asset classes and types with a solid understanding of their transactions and mechanics
Actively coaches and trains other members of the team on such topics
Leadership
Revenue generator constantly seeking ways to increase revenue to the firm through new clients, revenue streams, and strategic initiatives
Works independently and strategically when delegating tasks to resources; proficiently handles client resources, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities both internally and externally
Operates with an owner’s mindset upholding and (re)setting Amplify’s Standard of Excellence
Embraces hands-on leadership, willing to lead by example and actively contribute to tasks at hand including documentation and project management, client dossiers, etc.
Maintains a stellar track record of effectively resolving problems and demonstrates the awareness and empathy required to deliver resources to solve internal, client, partner, and prospect issues
Participates with other internal teams at Amplify as a source of knowledge (Sales, Partnerships, Client Solutions, Product, Legal, Finance, HR and Recruiting)
Qualifications
10-15 years of experience within an institutional investment office
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA, CFA) is preferred
Technical skills including Python and SQL is preferred
Proficiency or experience implementing and operating WealthTech SaaS platforms
