Requirements
As a Solutions Consultant, your primary role will be to support the day-to-day data operations of our clients, who comprise institutional investment offices ranging from single family offices to RIAs, pensions and endowments. You will act as an extension of their team, ensuring that Amplify’s data solutions operate smoothly to meet their ongoing needs. Additionally, you will assist in the implementation and administration of new client firms, ultimately helping them operate their data platforms purpose-built to deliver consolidated performance reports, data modeling, and data operations management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Data Operations
Serve as a key resource as a member of the client’s Amplify Account Team reporting directly to the assigned lead Solutions Architect
Implement & Consult
Strong grasp of the implementation process and adept at project managing it, expected to contribute to iterating and improving upon it
Support the design and management of client onboarding, ensuring that their requirements are captured and our solutions are tailored to their unique needs
Drive project management-related tasks, ensuring timely delivery and coordination of the team
Operate & Optimize
Serve as an internal subject matter expert guiding and advising other team members in terms of the client’s data platform and operating system
Support client education on potential solutions according to their business goals
Assist with the documentation of the client’s operating models while exploring opportunities for improvement and optimization
Manage client relationships serving as a secondary point of contact while demonstrating the ability to lead client-facing meetings as needed
Product and Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of Private Wealth, Asset Management, Alternative Investment industry from an investing, technology, and data operations perspective
Comfortable with a diverse set of investment vehicles and products spanning asset classes and types with a solid understanding of their transactions and mechanics
Actively coaches and trains other members of the team on such topics

About You
2-4 Years experience in financial services, technology, or consulting industries
Undergraduate Degree Required
Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, adept project management abilities, and maintains impeccable grammar and punctuation in all written correspondence
Strong team player who’s coachable and incorporates feedback constructively
Takes ownership and responsibility, knows how and when to hold themselves and others accountable
Intellectually curious with a robust analytical skillset
Willingness to travel on-site to clients’ offices or relevant industry events
Proficiency or experience implementing and operating WealthTech SaaS platforms preferred
Interest in developing various skills pertaining to Artificial Intelligence, APIs, or software development preferred

Compensation
For all locations, reasonable annualized full-time compensation for this role is commensurate with competitive geographic market rates. Additionally, in some locations compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant experience, education, licensure/certifications, training, and skill level.
Compensation for this role in the United States includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and Amplify’s best in class benefits package as outlined as follows:
